Later C18 brick house. Three-storeys with parapet. Hipped modern tile roof. One
window range. Exposed box glazing bar sash to 2nd floor. Stucco voussoirs to flat
head. Three sided flat-topped bay window with glazing bar sashes and brick below.
Sill band across. C19 shopfront, 3 light with panelled piers and curved brackets to
ground floor.

16-pane exposed box sliding sash to rear upper floor.
