Left section has pitched tiled roof with hip and tall gablet at right: the other
ridges, at right angles, have scrolled shaped gable ends to road, the right with
pediment the centre larger and with bell-cupola projecting over half-hexagonal
pilaster on stone corbel. Stock brick with red brick and stone dressings, gable ends
all red brick. Varying storey heights but unified by main moulded brick cornice
below top floor where central window of each section is tall. The left one is under
a small shaped gable, breaking eaves, the right under a square hoodmould, the centre
under ogee hoodmould with raised brick quasi-palmette decoration in tympanum. A
square bay, projecting over left of centre block, is crowned by balustrade at main cornice
