Pair of semi-detached estate cottages. Early C19. Gault brick, Welsh slate roof.
A flush ridge end stack on each gable. A gabled full dormer with slated cheeks to
each cottage. One storey and attic. Cottages have symmetrical, mirror image plans
and elevations. Entry doorways close set towards centre and a flanking casement
to left and right of each. Doorways have heavy timber frames and vertical board
doors. 2-light casements with glazing bars to ground floor and dormers. Brick flat
arches to openings. A cast iron footscraper to the outer side of both doorways. Interiors:
original staircases and doors in both cottages.
