Houses. 1846. Three storeys, attic and basement. Stucco. Part of a very wide
crescent of houses each 2 windows wide. Rusticated ground floor. One 3 light sash and
fluted Doric columned porch on ground floor. Steps up. Triglyph frieze and mutules.
Iron railings above porch continued along stone based balcony. First floor windows
square headed with architraves frieze and cornice. Second floor windows with
architraves and cornice on brackets. Dentilled cornice over. Stucco attic windows in
band surrounds. Cornice and blocking course. Cornices missing from some houses. Ends
of crescent with round towers and inset round towers above attic. Forms a group with
Nos 23-44.
