House, late C18. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. South
facing gable has 7-light flat faced mullioned window, the mullions slightly
recessed, to each floor. Columbarium to apex. Right hand return wall is
attached to No. 9 (q.v.) but rises higher. Quoins and lateral stack. Included
for group value only.
