Public house now house in multiple occupation. Mid C18, with C20 alterations. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. Double-depth. 2 storeys. 3-bay symmetrical facade originally. Quoins. Central doorway has glazed door, overlight and wedge-shaped lintel cut with false voussoirs. Similar lintels to windows to each bays which have 16-pane sashes in flush wood architraves. Ground floor 1st bay altered with projecting wooden-framed bay window. Gable stacks. This building was built as the Ship Inn, then it became a private residence. Included for group value.
