House, now 3 dwellings. Mid C17 and C19 roof structure. Squared coursed
limestone with concrete tile roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. Together
comprising a 4-window range. 2-light stone mullion windows to first floor and
similar 3-light windows to ground floor. Window to first floor far left is
blocked and to far right is a C20 casement. Small single-light fire windows to
ground floor centre and first floor left. C20 shop window to far right. C20
doors to left and right of centre, that to left is under wood lintel and that to
right is under stone lintel with keyblock. Brick stacks at ridge and end.
3-window range to left comprises the original facade, bay to far right and roof
structure are probably mid C19. Interiors: No.54 has spine beams. No.50 has
remains of open fireplace and stop-chamfered spine beams. Included for survival
of fenestration.
