Institute. 1937 by A J Thomas. Reception suites by Patrice Bonnet 1939. Red brick,
some cream faience. Corner site. Two storeys and basement. Six bays to Queensberry
Place. Coupled pointed windows to first floor with recessed brick panels over. Grow
floor windows square headed with patterned faience piers between. Entrance on return
to Queensberry Way. Canopied; stepped oriel over. Faience window tracery. Two stor
wing of six bays to right. Staircase and library interiors survive.
