House. Late C17/early C18. Regular coursed limestone with Collyweston slate and
pantile roofs. Irregular L-shape plan. 2 storeys with attic. Main front of
4-window range of early C20 stone mullion windows. Stone porch to left of centre
is of similar date. Ashlar gable parapets and ashlar stacks with moulded
cornices at ridge and ends. Early C20 single-storey extension to right of main
front. Rear elevations have casements windows, some with glazing bars under wood
lintels. Interior: C17 staircase with turned balustrade re-located from house at
east end of village, now demolished. Moulded spine beams; remains of open
fireplace in room to rear. Some original roof structure remains.
