House. Circa 1750 with C19 and C20 alterations. Rubble, rendered and lined out,
sandstone rubble to left side, asbestos slate roof with brick ridge stack.
Entrance to left to double depth plan, with single room front and rear, each heated
by ridge stack; addition to rear left, of 2 storeys.
2 storeys and one window, ground floor has C20 door and 4-pane sash with Gothic
margin glazing, one of the few remaining examples of the Kingsand/Cawsand type
window, as at Spring Cottage, Heavitree Road and No. 4 Fore Street (q.v.). First
floor has C20 4-pane sash.
Interior: Panelled partition wall at ground floor, winder stair to rear of front
room, much altered internally.
