House. 1914. By Halsey Ricardo. Multi-coloured brick 3 storeys and attic and
basement. First and 2nd floors have giant pilasters, surmounted by a cornice. Attic
with three unequal gables. Five windows wide, sashed with glazing bars. Low round
arched entrance and recessed vaulted porch. Area railings.
