Public house. Datestone Ino.Susa/Jackson 1765, extended mid C19. Squared coursed
limestone, now painted, with Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2
storeys. 2-window range of casement windows with glazing bars under wood lintels
at first floor. Pair of late C18/early C19 canted bay windows at ground floor,
with slate roofs. Central panelled door, under wood lintel. Stone stacks at
ends. Outbuilding attached to right now forms part of public house. Mid C19
four-window range, attached to rear, has sash windows at first floor and C20
casements at ground floor. Interior altered C20. The rear wing was originally 2
separate dwellings.
