Small house, formerly 2 cottages. Probably early C18. Limestone rubble
with wooden lintels; concrete plain-tile roof with ashlar-and-brick ridge
stack. Probable single-unit plan, now combined. One storey plus attic.
Front has 2 plank doors and very small windows. Rear has 4 larger
windows with C20 frames and 4 gabled dormers. Steep-pitched roof has a
central stack with ashlar plinth. Interior not inspected. Included for
group value.
