C18. Timber framed, of 2 storeys and one bay on a square plan. Hipped slated
roof with eaves, walls cased in red brick, the front wall painted. One pair
of small paned sashes on second storey, and a pair to match on the first storey,
and a straight arch itself under a rubbed relieving arch. Ground storey weatherboarded
with 3 paned casements.
