Built as stables and coach houses associated with No. 32 Green Street
q.v. 1898 by Sidney R.J. Smith. Red brick with stone dressings, slate
roof. Restrained Queen Anne style. 2 blocks of 2 storeys, basement
and dormers to attic set well back. No, 12, 6 windows wide. No. 14,
11 windows wide. No. 12 has had glazing bar windows inserted in place
of coach house doors to ground floor flanking architraved entrance.
Coach house/garage doors remain to No. 14. Flush framed glazing bar
sashes under flat gauged arches to 1st floor. Overhanging eaves
cornice to hipped slate roof with prominent corniced chimney stacks.
No. 12 has a 6 window return to Dunraven Street with sash windows and
area railings.
