House. Designed by Norman Shaw in 1871 for Henry Upton, Solicitor and Agent to
Lord Leconfield of Petworth House. Builder N H Lascelles. Two storeys. Four
windows. Local stone. Tiled roof. Casement windows. The right hand window-bay
projects with a bay on each floor and a gable over projecting on brackets. This
contains an attic window. Smaller gable adjoining to the left. Pentagonal bay on
both floors at left side with pyramidial roof over.
