Detached villa. c1830 Portland Estate St John's Wood villa development. Stucco;
slate roof. Cottage Orne Tudor-Gothic. 2 storeys. 2 bays wide with right hand
one advanced. Side entrance with 4-centred arch. Advanced bay has canted oriel
with leaded casements on ground floor and cross mullion-transom 1st floor
windows with drip mould; blind lancet in gable above with openwork bargeboards.
Left hand recessed bay has segmental casemented bow added on ground floor and
drip-moulded 1st floor window under bargeboarded gable. Weathered cap chimney
stacks. Similar villa type to the adjoining Eyre Estate.
