Formerly known as: Nos.10 AND 12 WEST STREET.
Pair of houses, now one. Late C18. Painted brick with plinth,
and tiled roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys, attic and
basement; 3-window range. Plinth and brick cogged eaves
cornice, steps up to a left-hand doorway with bracketed canopy
and an architrave to 4-panel door. Flat brick arches over
6/6-pane sashes in flush frames with cambered ground-floor
heads and 2 windows with flat heads on the first-floor, 2
hipped dormers, and cambered heads to 2 basement openings.
Former doorway now middle window. INTERIOR not inspected.
