Terrace house with shop. c.1800-20 rebuild with mid C.19 ground floor.
Yellow stock brick, slate roof. 4 storeys, 3 windows wide. Ground floor
with wooden warehouse frontage with panelled pilasters framing openings and
square headed house doorway to left with panelled door and margin glazed
fanlight, entablature-fascia with ornate console brackets. Upper floors
have recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches, blind to centre
on 2nd and 3rd floors. Parapet with coping. Originally built as part of
the 1630s Bedford Estate development of New Row with Covent Garden.
