Built 1843 by John Joseph Mechi, as part of planned farming unit. Stuccoed brick,
with grey slate hipped roof. Two storeys with parapet wall. Four window range
double hung vertical sliding sashes, with labels over. Tuscan portico with
4 detached columns. Square plan. Rear wing contains part of original offices
but most of remainder of 1843 scheme now demolished.
