Circa 1850-60 two storeys, taller then The Bobbin. Stone rubble painted brick dressings. Two windows, one a canted bay, on first floor. Shop front with three-light thin mullioned window and fascia, sash window to left lend. Included for group interest only.
Herriot House, Edgemount, The Old Smugglers Cottage, The Bobbin, Nightingales, and Lodge to Compton Undermount form a group.
