House. Dated 1765. Brown brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and
basement on plinth with hipped roof and stacks to end left and rear
right. Regular fenestration of 2 glazing bar sashes and small central
wooden casement on first floor, and 2 glazing bar sashes on ground
floor. Central half glazed and panelled door in fine moulded surround
with flat hood. Basement openings to left and right. Plaque below
central window inscribed: C
