Circa 1800 building. Timber-framed in oak and pine, once first-floored as a
later insertion. Four bays long. Roof ridged and gabled, peg-tiled footings
of red brick. Floor of stones laid on edge. Binding-joists below eaves, with
standard knees above them mortised for former floor with late haunched-tenons.
Rafters of oak, but slender lapped collars and purlins. Half doors at centre
south, with one lowered window to centre and right.
