House. Circa 1876 Flemish style. Four storeys, basement and dormer gable. Three
windows. Painted brick with red brick dressings. Shaped gable with 1876 in lunette
cartouche. Gauged flat brick arched to recessed sash windows with brick architraves
and pedimented central window on second floor. Round-arched doorway with flanking
pilasters carrying shaped over-door. Continuous wrought iron balcony at first floor
level. Brought iron railings with brick piers with stone ball finials.
