Former shop with domestic accommodation and house. Early C19. Red brick, the ground floor being rendered. Hipped concrete pantile roofs. Central 3 bays have single part rendered stacks to the right and left. Dentil eaves. Central 3 storey 3 bay wing, flanked by single 2 storey, single bay wings, slightly set back. First and second floor bands. Central doorway with panelled door and overlight, flanked by single sashes. In the right wing is a single similar sash with a C20 doorway with C20 door to the right. In the left wing is a C20 shop front. Central doorway with glazed door and overlight, flanked by single shop windows, entablature with single outer brackets, supported on single fluted pilasters. Above are 5 similar sashes and on the top floor 3 similar sashes. All sashes and the central doorway have moulded wooden surrounds and segmental arches.
