2 houses. Mid C19. Ashlar. Coursed rubble. Slate roof with
decorative bargeboards with finials. 2 ridge stacks. Plinth.
2 storeys, 7 bays. The central 3 bays project and are gabled.
Central doorway with part glazed and panelled double door and
glazing bar overlight. Flanked by single narrow casements and 2
two-light wooden cross casements. Above are 5 two-light
casements with mullions. All windows have marginal glazing bars,
all openings have flush lintels. To the rear right is a wing of
dressed coursed rubble with ashlar quoins. 4 bays. The left
gable bay projects, and has a single wooden cross casement with
Lintel. To the right is a glass, slate and wood gabled porch
with decorative bargeboard and finial. To the right are 2
similar casements with flush ashlar quoin surrounds. Above, in
the gable, is a single 2 light casement with wooden mullion. To
the right is a similar narrow casement and 2 two-light, similar
casements. The latter 3 have flush ashlar quoin surrounds. All
casements have marginal glazing bars. To the rear left is a
corresponding wing. However, there is a finial instead of gable
stack, and the gabled porch is of ashlar and slate with
decorative barge board and finial, part glazed door and similar
small casement in the left wall.
