Pair of houses, now offices. Early C19. Rendered brick with
central brick axial stack and slate hipped roof. Late Georgian
style. Double-depth plan with rear service wings.
2 storeys; 6-window range. Bracketed eaves; outer round-arched
doorways with 3-pane radial fanlights and 6-panel doors,
round-arched ground-floor windows, and 6/6-pane sashes in
exposed boxes. Full-width wrought-iron verandah with batswing
spandrels, and partly glazed swept roof.
INTERIOR of No.3 has an entrance hall divided by an elliptical
arch to a rear open dogleg stair with stick balusters and
curtail.
