Circa 1750 frontage, a complex plan comprising an L-plan with parallel range
to the long stem. Of 2 storeys with false parapet and with a total of 3 red
brick chimney stacks. Front in ashlar marked plaster with central front door
of 6 fielded panels between 2 Ionic columns supporting a pediment with dentilled
soffits, both horizontal and inclined. Three stone steps up to door. Left
and right of door 2 pairs of thinly barred hornless sashes with glazing bars
in exposed boxes. Range of 5 matching windows on first storey with central
one in eared wooden architrave with volutes at base, above the sill. Parapet
cornice with mutules beneath a Gothic arcade. Roof hipped and peg-tiled.
