Early C19, altered 1970. Three storey, three window, red brick front with two storey, one window flanking wings. Wide eaves with brackets. Centre part of front has Roman Doric portico, the central bay of which breaks forward and has pediment. Under portico are round-headed windows, and doorway with quoins and voussoirs. Six panel door. Hipped slate roof.
Nos 15 to 28 (consec), Nos 30 to 36 (consec), Nos 38 to 40 (consec),Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Nos 45, 46 and No 52 form a group.
