Early C19 stucco terrace of nine 3 storey houses. Three central houses have pediment.
Tuscan order to upper floors. Two windows each, sashes with glazing bars. Six-panel
doors with panelled reveals and rectangular lights over.
Nos 1 to 9 (consec) form a group with Nos 7 to 13 (consec) Russell Terrace and
Prospect House, Richmond Road.
