commercial premises. Circa 1830, rebuilt except for front, after fire in 1874.
Probably by Joseph Jopling and erected by Seth Smith. Greek Revival. Stucco.
2 storeys, plus basement. 9 windows wide. Greek Doric giant order half columns
link ground and first floor, forming screen between which windows are set.
Windows square headed, sashed with small panes. Arched entrances to second
and eighth bays. Blind attic with word "Pantechnicon", imprinted in stucco.
