Ice house. Early C19. Circular beehive-shaped chamber, the upper part in English
bond, the lower part in header bond, approximately 10 ft across with a 2 ft
aperture in the roof. Access tunnel of C20 brick with concrete roof. [See
R G Martin's plan and section and elevation of 1984].
