C16 or earlier house. Timber range with heavy exposed frame and plaster infill.
Roof ridged, gabled and hipped, thatched, 2 eyebrow dormers on north and red
brick chimney at hip-end. Modern casements on ground-storey. The tusked end
of a binding joist proves lateral division in the C16 and the creation of attics
in an open hall.
