Interesting early villa lay-out, circa 1820. Five detached stucco houses forming
shallow crescent. Central house is 2 storey, 3 window with round attic window
in pediment. Half basement below. Pilastered front. Other houses are 2 window
with 2 storey and half basement, hipped roofs with wide eaves, quoin pilasters
with wreath ornament. Two different designs of iron trellis verandahs with canopies.
Some of the side porches have fluted Tuscan supports, others coupled supports and
peaked canopies. No 5 has 2 storey bow at end. The windows are sashes with glazing
bars. Hipped slate roofs.
Nos 1 to 5 (consec) form a group.
