Semidetached houses. Circa 1850. Brick. Stucco. Roof not visible. 3 storeys
and basement. Each house of 2 main bays, each treated as full height convex bay
window with recessed entrance bay to either side of pair. No 30 with extra 2
storey 2 bay bow window to right. Panelled doors. Channelling to ground floor.
Square headed windows, architraved and corniced to first floor; gauged head to
second floor. Sashes. Glazing bars. Cornice above second floor. First floor
balcony.
