Circa 1830. Part of the same terrace. Good 2 storey very late Georgian houses,
having pediments of the same wreaths. Ground floor windows are round-headed,
1st floor windows have pediments on console brackets. Sashes with glazing bars.
Doorways have clustered shaft pilasters, side-lights and large fanlights. Cast
iron balustrades to steps. Slate roof.
All the listed buildings in Mont-le-Grand form a group.
