C17 with early to mid C19 alterations (modern alterations and extensions).
Coursed rubble (recently re-pointed). Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gable
to east. 2 storeys. South elevation has: Ground floor: former 8-light double
chamfered millstone grit stone mullioned window with large king mullion. Drip
mouldings over with decorative stops. End 3-lights have been enlarged to form
modern doorway within porch. Probably former doorway to right obscured by
recent window. First floor: one 11-light stone mullioned window (early to mid
C19). North elevation has lean-to extension with catslide roof. East gable
has buttressing, possible former windows all blocked.
