Circa 1840. Semi-detached, Three storeys faced with stone cut in imitation
of bricks, rubble sides, rendered quoins. Shallow frieze and plinth. Low
pitch hipped slate roof, overhanging eaves. One window each, recessed
sash, glazing bars intact, broad rendered surrounds, block sills. Flat
fronted bow windows to first floor of three lights arch, sash, glazing
bars intact, pilasters carried down into panelled apron with moulded
plinth, frieze and cornice break forward slightly to centre. Single
storey entrance bays with parapets set back to sides. Recessed panelled
doors, plain cases.
