Late C18/early C19 house, now divided into 3. Rendered facade, double span tiled
roof Many chimney stacks. Main central section of 3 storeys, 3 windows, Lower
flanking 2 storey wings. Western wing with 5 windows, Eastern wing, 2 windows
sashes with glazing bars and cambered head linings, (except 1 window). Hipped
gables over 3 light sash at each side. Glazed porch along ground floor centre.

The 3 parts of Saltgrass form a group.
