L-shaped building of c.1830. Two storeys. Three windows. Fronted with stucco, north wall red brick and grey headers. Pilasters flank each wing of east front. Hipped slate roof. Modern shop fronts on ground floor. Windows above in moulded architrave surrounds with glazing bars intact.
