Circa 1800 originally mill house with early C19 alterations. Two storeys
rendered, painted. Gable and slate roof, the eaves concealed by venel-
lation. Four round headed, recessed sash windows with later glazing bars,
block sills. Gabled glazed porch from door to high rubble front wall.
North garden front has parapet with coping, block cornice. Seven windows,
three in central projecting three sided bay, recessed, sash, glazing bars
intact, block sills. French windows on ground floor to centre of bay.
Single storey wing to East of one round headed window.
