Footbridge over Little Avon River, linking Berkeley Castle (q.v.)
with Berkeley Stables (q.v.) and Kennels. Late C18/early C19.
Round arch from piers about 8m wide, and 3.5m above water level at
keystone. Even stone voussoirs and dropped enlarged keystone with
offset and blocking course over, with extra course at 4 corners.
Pathway about 1.5m wide, total width of bridge about 2.5m.
