Early c18. No longer used as an Inn. White painted brick facade with flanking
pilasters. Cornice and parapet. Tiled roof, 2 storeys, 4 windows and 1 blank,
sashes with glazing bars. Centre doorway with pilasters pediment and semi-circular
fanlight. Door of 6 moulded panels. To the south-east is a small C19 shop front
not now used as such. Consists of 2 arched lights each side of door with similar
lights, all under common cornice.

The listed buildings on Quay Hill with the pavement surface and bollards form a group
of Grade II* quality for their shop fronts.
