and clay tile roof. 4-room plan overall, 2 storeys. Ground and first floors
each have 2 2-light casements with glazing bars, 2 plank doors. One central
double ridge stack, external stacks to both gable ends, all of mottled brick.
Brick lean-to additions to rear.
