Circa 1840-50 public house front probably a refronting of early C19 cottages,
associated with Low Moor Ironworks. Two-storeys, sandstone "brick", stone
slate roof with corniced chimneys, 6 round-headed lights with 2 doorways all
framed by pilasters with entablature over. Sash windows to first floor.
Rear has 2 light square mullion windows.
