Probably late C17 or early C18; front remodelled early C20. Formerly a public house
in the late C19. Two storeys. Three windows, Tile roof. Plaster front with
panelled pilaster strips at 1st floor level flanking windows and on quoins, Plaster
parapet with segmental centre inscribed 'fine Kings Coffee House'. Recessed sash
windows with' glazing bars. Wooden 'Regency' shopfront with pilasters carrying
entablature with upswept frieze and projecting cornice; splayed bay window;
½ glazed doors. _
