Circa 1830 detached Grecian villa. Two storeys stucco faced with symmetrical
3 bay front, flanked by coach houses. Giant panelled quoin pilasters supporting
plain frieze. Hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves, flanking chimney
stacks. All windows plainly revealed retaining glazing bar sashes. Simplified
Venetian composition for porch with coupled panelled piers to central segmental
arch and flat headed side arches; blocking course with vertical pediment
over centre. Both coach houses have segmental arched doors, the left hand
one detached with link wall pierced by segmental arched side entrance.
