House, now 2 houses. C17 or earlier. Long one and a half
storey, thatched roof. Timber frame weatherboarded over brick
base with long N front plastered and colourwashed above
weatherboarded apron rising to Ground floor window sills. Reed
thatch with scalloped ridge. Small areas of old red tile where
thatch cut back at eaves for 3 irregularly spaced 2-light and 3-
light gabled tiled dormers. Single large central stack rising
behind the ridge. Shallow weatherboarded lean-to rear addition.
Plain plank doors. Wooden 2-light casement windows in No 1,
renewed. Fire mark under eaves in centre of N wall. 3-light C19
wooden casement windows with small panes in No 2.
