Early C19. Rendered. Sipped slate roof behind a parapet 3 storeys, 3 windows.
Shallow 3 storey bays flanking central door (now a window) with moulded architrave.
The north wing which is the former Tide Mill is C18. Rubble with brick dressings.
Pantiled roof. Crow-stepped north gable. West front has blocked segmental
headed windows. East front has 4 storeys, 2-light casements (some blocked).
Two storey brick arch extends through building and was site of water wheel.
Projecting from north end of west front, part of former sea wall with inset
millstone. Plaque on millstone reads: "Used as a mill - ceased 1810-15
erected on old sea wall".
