Circa 1830-40 three-storey row with bevelled corner and return to Kipping Lane.
Sandstone "brick". Hipped stone slate roof with moulded eaves; corniced chimneys.
Single and 2 light square mullion windows in squared surrounds. Doorways in
squared jambs with console brackets to shallow cornices. Friezes decorated with
incised geometric patterns. Pilastered shop windows to both fronts of No 482 with
doorway on corner. Important corner site.
